Restore a purchase
Open the App Store using the Apple Account that originally purchased the pack, visit your purchase history, and download it again.
Visit Apple SupportRestart Messages
If a newly installed pack is not visible, close and reopen Messages. Confirm the device is running iOS or iPadOS 11 or later.

I downloaded the pack but cannot find an app icon. Is it missing?
No. This is an iMessage-only sticker pack, so you use it from the Stickers drawer inside Messages rather than opening it from a Home Screen icon.
Why is the pack not visible in Messages?
Open Messages, tap the plus button, choose Stickers, then swipe through your installed pack icons. You may also need to restart Messages after a new installation.
Can I restore the pack on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the App Store purchase history, and download the pack again. Apple controls purchase restoration.
Can I use these stickers in WhatsApp?
No. The pack is built for Apple Messages and iMessage only.
